About Supplement Engine

Your research-backed guide to building smarter supplement stacks.

Our Mission

Supplement Engine was built to cut through the noise in the supplement world. With thousands of products on the market and conflicting advice everywhere, we wanted to create a single place where you can explore evidence-based supplements, learn from protocols used by trusted health influencers, and design a daily stack that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Supplement Engine is a tool created by Matt Crawford to help users build supplement stacks based on expert and influencer recommendations.

Evidence-First Approach

Every supplement in our database is tagged with an evidence level — high, medium, or low — so you can make informed decisions. We prioritize research-backed ingredients and clear dosing guidance. When the science is mixed or limited, we say so.

We don't sell supplements. We help you understand what's out there, how it might fit into your routine, and what to discuss with your healthcare provider.

Influencer Stacks

Health experts, scientists, and longevity researchers often share their personal supplement protocols in podcasts, books, and social media. We aggregate and organize these stacks so you can compare what works for different goals — energy, sleep, recovery, longevity — and adapt ideas to your own routine.

These stacks are not endorsements. They reflect what individuals have publicly discussed and may change over time. Always consider your own health context before adopting someone else's protocol.

Stack Builder

Our Stack Builder lets you drag supplements into time-based lanes — morning, midday, evening, pre-workout, post-workout, sleep — to design a personalized daily protocol. Add doses and notes, compare your stack to influencer protocols, and save or share your stack for reference.
